The Green Towers project started on the morning of August 11, 2020, at 192 Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien ward, district 2. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by the developer, SIC Real Estate Investment JSC, and the general contractor, Central Construction JSC.

During the ceremony, Mr. Tran Quang Tuan (general director of the Central Construction JSC) also guaranteed the quality, progress, and safety of the project.

3. The prime location of Green Towers 

With the rapid development of the real estate market in District 2, the land fund for housing projects and residential areas is increasingly shrinking, especially in residential areas such as Phu My Hung, District 7, or Thao Dien, District 2. This is the place where well-versed citizens, middle and upper classes, businessmen, directors, ... and is known as the land for affluent people.

After the Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien Metro project started, District 2 caught more attention, and the prices of projects and land plots in the area soared.

Currently, the developer hasn’t given an official price, but Arental estimates the prices will fluctuate around $3000/m2

Due to the high prices of properties in District 2, apartments here average VND60 (nearly $US2,600) million per sqm.

Arental will help you book your apartment at only VND100 million (around $US4,300) a unit.
